- Core Yin poses (Caterpillar, Dragonfly, Saddle, Melting Heart, Shoelace)

🎓 Certification Path
- 50-hour module → Foundation in Yin Yoga + TCM Level 1 (studio training)
- 25-hour module → ACU Yin + TCM level 2 (online self-learning system / online Live training)
- 25-hour module → MYO-Fascia Yin Yoga (online self-learning system)
- 100-hour certification in Yin Yoga → Complete two modules (Yoga Alliance recognized)
- Online option → Self-paced, includes manual with 200+ Yin Yoga variations
