JW AIRFLOW (TM) YOGA & PILATES TRAINING is a NEW Evolution of Anti-Gravity yoga & pilates which is designed to bring safe & effective workout from basic to advanced yoga practitioners. Pre-requisite: Exiting yoga teachers, dancer, pilates teachers, group exercise instructors. No teaching experience is needed.

As compared to the traditional aerial classes in other places; our 40-Hours Training Course focuses a lot on the few things,
- Airflow™ Sequence of systematic warm up preparation towards aligning the breath and body to reach to a certain yoga pose.
- Working on step by step techniques to get into the poses
- We work a lot of strengthening on the shoulders and core.10-Hours of Pilates fundamental training is one of the highlight in the course.
- Basis alignment poses are taught as a key fundamental to anti-gravity yoga
- Safety Precautions to be taken into account when conducting classes
- How to adjust students and learn to layer options for different fitness level
- Anatomy & Postural Studies and Connective Tissue & Fascia understanding on body alignment using the hammock & how to deepen certain stretches to bring physical body healing.
- How to plan and prepare a class - Sequencing and Coaching a class
- Scoliosis Management using Airflow™ Hammock.
- Maintenance of the cloth and how to setup the cloth and safety standards.
